- 제안: 자신의 의도를 타인에게 설명하여 동의를 구한다.
- 수락: 제안을 이해하여 제안에 대한 동의 의사를 표명한다.
다. 가치를 창출한다
: 창조자는 원하는 세상을 실현하기 위해 기존 체계에 새로움을 더한다.
*가치 창출의 방법:
- 구현: 해석, 첨가, 및/혹은 재구성을 통해 새로움을 발현시킨다.
- 검증: 발현물의 진위를 판별하여 공동의 가치로 공표한다.
라. 지식을 기록한다
: 기록자는 가치를 습득, 저장하여 배움의 질적, 양적 성장을 도모한다
*기록의 형태:
- 사적 기록: 스스로의 목적에 부합한 최적의 가치를 기록한다.
- 공적 기록: 합의에 의거한 필요 가치를 기록한다.

C. Create value
: Creator adds value to the pre-existing system to realize the world they want
* Method of creation:
- Generate: Emerge something new through interpretation, addition, and/or reconstitution
- Evaluate: Manifest communal value by adjudicating the authenticity of the production of emergence
D. Record knowledge
: Recorder acquires and stores values to enhance quantitative and qualitative growth of learning
* Form of knowledge:
- Private: Record what is optimal for one’s own purpose
- Public: Record what is necessary according to the agreement
